ケチャップをかけると肝心の卵焼きが見えなくなってしまうので麺つゆに替えた。 またラーメンだが、野菜とかいろいろ載せるとこちらもラーメンが全く見えないな。

不純物がない方がきれいに焼ける。 毎日トマトとたまごみたいになっているが、トマトを買いすぎたのだね。

2022年3月23日の朝食など。

千切り練習はお休みで、冷蔵庫の整理に残り物をいくつか混ぜて卵焼き。 昼も冷蔵庫の整理的にチャーパン。
